To prevent any issues, consider using a location where someone can receive the package directly or where it can be safely stored upon delivery. To help ensure you are available to receive your package, you will receive an automated email when your package is out for delivery and an additional email when your package has been delivered.

We inspect and polish each item before shipping. However, If you feel, for some reason, you may have received a defective product or a product damaged in transit, please don’t worry; we are happy to help! All defects or damages must be reported within 2 days of receiving your item; please send photos to Hello@undohairware.com. We will replace your item and provide return shipping for the damaged piece. We offer an extended 60-day warranty for defects discovered after extended use. This warranty only covers an inherent defect and does not cover damage caused by misuse. All damaged items after this time frame are not eligible for complimentary replacements.

This item can be hand washed with gentle soap in warm water. Over the years, this item can be continually polished with a soft cloth to keep it shinning.
