Due to hair accessories’ personal nature and to keep the highest standard of cleanliness, we do not allow returns or exchanges on hair accessories. It is important to us that each customer receives a brand new product each time they order, so we do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges. Being so, we put a lot of effort into making sure UNDO pieces size and color are accurately represented on your screen.

Please note each piece is individually hand mixed and poured, making every batch entirely unique. Subtle variations in tone, depth, and pattern are a natural result of this process and are part of what gives each item its distinct character. No two pieces will ever be exactly the same. If you are unsure of any product details, please feel free to email us before purchasing at hello@undohairware.com

While we can ship orders to freight forwarding services at your request, please note our following policies. Packages shipped to a freight forwarder are only insured and covered until they are marked as delivered to the freight forwarding facility.

Once a package has been delivered to the freight forwarder's warehouse, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the freight forwarding company. We are unable to provide claim services, replacements, refunds, or assistance with packages that are lost, damaged, or missing after delivery to the freight forwarder.

If a package is marked as delivered to your freight forwarder but cannot be located afterward, the recipient or account holder with the freight forwarding company is responsible for working directly with the facility to locate the package. We do not have access to the freight forwarder's internal receiving records and cannot assist with package searches once delivery to the freight forwarding facility has been completed.

We recommend reviewing your freight forwarder's insurance, package handling, and claims policies before placing your order.

Our clips are designed with precision hardware and polished resin—qualities that make them both beautiful and delicate. Please handle with care, as overfilling the capacity of the item or a fall onto hard surfaces may cause damage or break the item.

To preserve the finish of your UNDO piece, limit exposure to caustic substances such as salt water, chlorine, and household cleaning chemicals. Trace amounts can remain even after rinsing and may cause gradual wear or discoloration over time.

For a gentle refresh, wipe your item with a soft cloth lightly misted with lens cleaner. This safely removes oils and smudges without harming the resin or hardware.

Each item is crafted through a series of hand-worked processes. The slight residue you may notice is a normal result of our final polishing stage, evidence of the careful, artisanal methods used to achieve our signature finish.

We inspect, polish, and package each item before shipping. If you received a product damaged in transit, please don’t worry; we are happy to help! All defects or damages must be reported within 2 days of receiving your item; please send photos to Hello@undohairware.com.
