We offer free shipping on orders over $50 via USPS Ground for all U.S. orders; this service’s delivery time is 3-4 days. For faster shipping service, please select your preferred carrier at check out. All our items are in-stock and ready to ship.
Please ensure that you provide a secure delivery address for your order. We do not replace packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. To prevent any issues, consider using a location where someone can receive the package directly or where it can be safely stored upon delivery. To help ensure you are available to receive your package, you will receive an automated email when your package is out for delivery and an additional email when your package has been delivered.

CARE AND CLEANING
Our clips are designed with precision hardware and polished resin—qualities that make them both beautiful and delicate. Please handle with care, as overfilling the capacity of the item or a fall onto hard surfaces may cause damage or break the item.
To preserve the finish of your UNDO piece, limit exposure to caustic substances such as salt water, chlorine, and household cleaning chemicals. Trace amounts can remain even after rinsing and may cause gradual wear or discoloration over time.
For a gentle refresh, wipe your item with a soft cloth lightly misted with lens cleaner. This safely removes oils and smudges without harming the resin or hardware.
Each item is crafted through a series of hand-worked processes. The slight residue you may notice is a normal result of our final polishing stage, evidence of the careful, artisanal methods used to achieve our signature finish.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
We inspect, polish, and package each item before shipping. If you received a product damaged in transit, please don’t worry; we are happy to help! All defects or damages must be reported within 2 days of receiving your item; please send photos to Hello@undohairware.com.
We offer an extended 60-day warranty for defects discovered after extended use. This warranty only covers an inherent defect and does not cover damage caused by misuse. All damaged items after this time frame are not eligible for complimentary replacements.
