Due to hair accessories' personal nature and to keep the highest standard of cleanliness, we do not allow returns or exchanges on hair accessories. It is important to us that each customer receives a brand new product each time they order, so we do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges. Being so, we put a lot of effort into making sure UNDO pieces size and color are accurately represented on your screen. CARE AND CLEANING
This item can be hand washed with gentle soap in warm water. Over the years, this item can be continually polished with a soft cloth to keep it shinning.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
We test and inspect each item before shipping. However, If you feel, for some reason, you may have received a defective product or a product damaged in transit, please don't worry; we are happy to help! All defects or damages must be reported within 2 days of receiving your item; please send photos to Hello@undohairware.com. We will replace your item and provide return shipping for the damaged piece. We offer an extended 30-day warranty for defects discovered after extended use. This warranty only covers an inherent defect and does not cover damage caused by misuse. All damaged items after this time frame are not eligible for complimentary replacements.
