This item can be hand washed with gentle soap in warm water. Over the years, this item can be continually polished with a soft cloth to keep it shinning.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
We test and inspect each item before shipping. However If you feel, for some reason, you may have received a defective product or a product damaged in transit, please don't worry we are happy to help! All defects or damages must be reported with in 2 days of receiving your item; please send photos to Hello@undohairware.com. We will replace your item and provide return shipping for the damaged piece.
