Excellent product and personalized service

I love these clips and have several. When my blue one broke I emailed the company and they promptly sent me a return envelope for me to send the clip back for repair or replacement. A new clip arrived less than a week later. Wow! so impressive. Will definitely keep shopping Undo as the combs and other accessories make great gifts.
